Kelsius is recruiting for the role of IT Support Manager. You will be responsible for supporting Kelsius customers and their IT departments to provide technical support for Kelsius products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining in house systems and provide assistance to computer users by answering questions, resolving technical problems and maintaining the company's network, software and computer equipment.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote customer auditing and reporting
  • Handling customer queries including the logging of all customer calls
  • Monitoring of high priority ‘Watch List’ customers
  • Ensure all inbound customer calls are responded to promptly
  • Act as point of contact for client queries and escalations when necessary
  • Carrying out system changes using Kelsius configuration tools
  • Skills & Experience Required:

  • Have strong organizational skills and demonstrate a good attention to detail
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Have the ability to produce written reports and documentation
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Support a "can do" culture in terms of responding to customer needs
  • Highly driven with enthusiasm to meet targets and to cope under demanding pressure
  • Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to both, Work of own Initiative and as part of a team

Kelsius is recruiting for the role of Senior Technical Support Technician. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support with a focus on annual renewals, calibrations and management reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Kelsius Customers to identify calibration requirements and schedule annual calibrations
  • Liaise with Kelsius Customers to renew annual support agreements and process renewal documentation
  • Provide detailed reporting to senior management
  • Provide technical support for Kelsius Staff, Engineers, Customers & Partners
  • Provide technical support, guidance and mentoring to team as required
  • Carrying out system changes using Kelsius configuration tools
  • Act as point of contact for client queries and escalations when necessary, ensuring all calls logged and actioned timely
  • Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar type of technical role with team leadership experience
  • 3rd Level Technical Qualification
  • Have strong organizational skills and demonstrate a good attention to detail
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Have the ability to produce written reports and documentation
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Temperature/Humidity Calibrations
  • Training Kelsius Customers
  • Pre-installation Site-Surveys
  • Skills & Experience Required:

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office

You will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining various applications (Client facing and internal web based applications), to continue to grow our market base.   • Develop new software features and maintain existing software: Design, implementation, testing, documentation (Agile).
  • Provide accurate time estimates.
  • Liaise with Project Manager and other existing members of the team.
  • Adhere to the company software management policies and procedures.
  • The successful candidate will:

  • Have some experience with PHP and MySQL. 3+ years experience a plus.
