Kelsius provides a service that fully automates your Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) processes, end to end.
This cost-effective, easy-to-use wireless technology removes the paperwork associated with legal HACCP requirements and makes your whole HACCP procedure, i.e. the monitoring of all goods received, all cleaning tasks, all cooking, and the monitoring and alarm notifications of temperatures in fridges / freezers and hot food deli counters, much, much easier.
All information collated from a particular store location is then presented on the Kelsius website, which can be accessed by you, using a secure username and password from any Internet-enabled PC. You can also receive fax records as part of the service.
This is a powerful quality assurance system focusing on food safety and task management, designed to make your life easier and your business safer.
Current and recent readings are displayed on the panel of the data logger in your office or other convenient location. This unit communicates with the internet-based central station which presents all your HACCP data on your personal web site provided and maintained as part of the service, and printed regularly on your existing fax machine if required.
Text messages (SMS) and/or emails provide warnings as soon as fridges, freezers, cold rooms or bain maries exceed preset limits.
No changes to existing equipment required.
