Zero K HACCP solution chosen by RTE Television, The Mentor

The sixth business facing the challenge to change is Cora Tine Teo, a Donegal based IT company.

The company's biggest product, internet based food safety systems is produced as part of a joint venture with a marketing company from Dublin. The company is owned and operated by David Gray, a nuclear physicist who invented the technology for the monitoring systems.

David's biggest challenge is learning how best to manage the relationship with his joint venture partner Art McCann. With their breakthrough product to take to market in the highly competitive IT sector David and Art need to examine the company structure if they are to stay ahead of the competition. David and Art meet with The Mentors and lay out their current problems and ambitions for the future.

The Mentors help them to devise a plan to move their partnership forward. They meet with experts for independent advice including Des Carville of Davy Stockbrokers.

They learn from Neil O' Leary of ION Equity what venture capitalists want in return for investment and before making a pitch to venture capitalist Dermot Berkery of Delta the partners are put through their pitching paces by Carr Communications.

Cora Tine Teo
Cora Data, the company owned by David Gray is based in Falcarragh, Donegal.

David is a nuclear physicist by training who moved to the wilds of Donegal to start a wind farm some twenty years ago.

Unfortunately he struggled to find funding and so started a successful company manufacturing electric cattle fences instead. Five years ago David was worried about the future of both manufacturing and agriculture in Ireland and decided that embedded internet was the answer.

David's first embedded internet application is a solution for monitoring food safety called Zero K. It's ingenious. Zero K connects thermometers in restaurants and supermarkets to the internet enabling the data collected to be easily stored and managed. It is especially clever because it is a product that is compliance-led. Food safety is a big issue.

Regardless of the size of your operation, if you are in the food business, as a manufacturer, supplier, shop or restaurant then you are obliged by law to have a HACCP based Quality Assurance System.

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System which sounds complicated but just ensures that food is kept at the right temperature and therefore safe. Food companies have to take regular temperature measurements and importantly they have to keep records of the data. David's Zero K system offers clients a complete HACCP solution.

Crucial for David's business model is the fact that the company offers a service - managing data. Therefore David can collect an ongoing service charge from his customers every month, which results in a very healthy cashflow.

So where does Art come into the equation? Art is a very successful food marketeer. His company Tradwins has many high profile clients. David approached Art for help in marketing Zero K to potential supermarket customers and Art loved the idea so much he invested in the project.

David and Art set-up a joint venture called Kelsius specifically to market Zero K. Art provided's the money and the marketing expertise and David supplies the intellectual property - the technology that makes it all work.

Three years on and David and Art believe Kelsius is on the verge of great success. It has 12 employees, is breaking even on a turnover of E500,000 a year and Zero K is being used in some two hundred establishments in Ireland from supermarkets like Centra to restaurants like Shanahans on Green.

They've just installed a system in a supermarket in Texas, are on trial with a major German supermarket chain and on January 1st next year HACCP regulations come into force in the UK. Kelsius are poised to go global.

Wireless system from Kelsius brings Clarion Hotels Ireland big savings

Kelsius Ltd., a leading provider of wireless monitoring and compliance systems for the Food and Health sectors, today announced an agreement with the Clarion Hotels Ireland to upgrade all Clarion Hotels to the latest, advanced version of the Kelsius system.

Based on an original order placed in 2005 with Kelsius for six hotels of the Group, the new deal foresees the upgrade of all remaining Clarion Hotels, including its landmark Dublin hotels at the IFSC, Dublin, the Clarion Dublin Airport and Carton House in Kildare, to the second generation Kelsius system.

While this agreement covers Clarion Hotels in the Republic, there are also plans to roll out to its UK properties, as the gains from using Kelsius have been significant. The Kelsius system removes many issues related to manual processes, such as delays in filing paper records, kitchen chefs spending more time on administration than on preparing dishes for guests, and staff training being more on where the business generates value than on administrative tasks.

Neil Coates, Group IT Manager of Clarion Hotels Ireland said: "Our duty to comply with HACCP regulations has been made very easy by Kelsius, but above all, we have eliminated the health risk of poisoning. Our economic risk has also been lowered, as we have no more wasted food and do not face the prospect of legal closure due to recording errors. Indeed our management can check the HACCP records for all of our sites on the Kelsius web site, and any corrective actions can be acted upon immediately."

Les Curran, Chief Executive of Kelsius, pointed out that "The Kelsius system allows control of the information remotely from a central location via any Internet-enabled PC. For an organisation with multiple properties such as Clarion Hotels Ireland, this ability reduces labour costs and enhances business reputation. We also remove the need for paper work for goods in, tasks and cooking. Wireless sensors placed in all fridges, freezers and cold rooms automatically trigger alerts via email or text message when temperatures fall below pre-agreed settings."

Kelsius keeps its cool with E1.7m private equity investment to expand

Five-year old Kelsius, which has operations in Co Donegal, recently opened new headquarters at the Northern Ireland Science Park where it intends to create 10 jobs over the next 12 months.

Craig Holmes of Enterprise Equity, who joins the Kelsius board as non-executive director, said Kelsius demonstrated the key attributes of a company at its investment sweet spot.

"It is a well-established business with a diverse customer base, a strong brand and a leading-edge product that has global potential."

The investment will allow Kelsius to respond to growing export demand for its systems, which are already used by over 200 customers in the health and food sectors across Ireland, the UK, the US and Europe.

Matchbox-sized Kelsius wireless sensors are placed in fridges, cold rooms or hot holding areas. Probes wirelessly transmit readings to a portable panel and infrared devices measure surface temperatures of chilled foods.

"The Kelsius wireless monitoring to internet solution removes human error and the costs associated with compliance to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and other cold-chain quality standards," said Kelsius chief executive, Les Curran.

"Kelsius automates and simplifies the process, providing customers with a user-friendly way to collect and store data across single and multi-site organisations".

"The data is stored securely on a central server and users can access information via the web, email or fax. Text messages alert customers to critical events such as fridge or cold store failures.

By Sorcha Corcoran (SiliconRepublic.com)

Pictured from left: investment managers, Craig Holmes, of the Belfast arm of Ireland-wide private equity house, Enterprise Equity; and Jim Curran, of Clarendon; with Kelsius CEO, Les Curran, who is holding one of the company's innovative wireless infrared guns, developed for use by the food and catering industries
Mentor prophets lead way for firms to embrace profit

By John Reynolds (Irish Independent)

Monday September 15 2008

Back in 2005, Jay Bourke and Dr Jeanne Bolger signed up for the RTE series The Mentor.

With one firm on the verge of bankruptcy, and the other seven trying to avoid the various pitfalls of starting and running a business, the mentors had no easy task in helping put the entrepreneurs on the path to their first million.

Revisiting the stars of the programme, the advice and guidance from Bourke -- owner of some of the country's slickest hotels and restaurants -- and Dr Bolger -- director of scientific leasing with pharmaceutical giant Glaxo Smithkline -- seems to have paid off.

Cora Tina Teo (now called Kelsius)

Since starring on The Mentor, physicist David Gray's wireless food and medical safety sensor company has doubled its turnover and is expanding into new markets.

The Donegal-based firm has also taken E1.25m in venture capital from Enterprise Equity and a further loan from the Department of Trade and Industry in the North. The money will help the business target the lucrative healthcare market.

It has also opened a new office in Belfast's Titanic Science Park, Tesco is trialling its sensors and the firm is hoping to export to the US soon.

- John Reynolds

Gala Retail Group Enters Strategic Partnership with Food Safety Specialist Kelsius

Belfast, 12th January 2009

Kelsius, the leading provider of automated HACCP1 compliance systems has entered into a strategic partnership with one of Ireland's major food retailers, the Gala Group. This initiative will see the roll-out of the Kelsius wireless food monitoring solution across the Gala Group's 260 retail stores. The agreement follows the successful installation and trial of the Kelsius system at four Gala locations in 2008.

The Kelsius HACCP solution is a fully automated, paperless system which ensures full compliance with statutory food safety requirements. The Kelsius wireless temperature sensors monitor and record air and product temperatures in all refrigerated areas. If a measured temperature rises above a set limit an alert is triggered. This alert can be transmitted as a text message, email or via local visual and audible alarms. In addition to continuous temperature recording the Kelsius system also provides time and task management by recording key activities such as goods received, cleaning tasks and hot food probing. All records are securely stored on the Kelsius website and each retailer can access their records at any time from any Web-enabled PC or laptop. HACCP reports can also be automatically emailed or faxed, as required.

Fresh Food Manager for the Gala Group, John Ireland, explained, "In dealing with food safety, the system has to be paperless, more efficient and less labour intensive. By using Kelsius a store manager knows immediately if a freezer has malfunctioned and, in addition, the automatic monitoring and storing of records reduces risk, minimises errors and saves a huge amount of staff time, training and record taking."

Currently, Gala stores in Tullamore Co. Offaly, Kilkee Co. Clare, Newross Co. Wexford and
Letterkenny Co. Donegal are operating the Kelsius wireless food monitoring system. Further plans for installations in six Gala stores located in Cork and the Midlands are underway and Gala has since received enquiries about the Kelsius system from a number of other Gala retailers across Ireland.

"The Kelsius system is undergoing continuous improvement and updates to keep it in line with the latest legislation," John Ireland continued. "This means any store using Kelsius will fully meet new, legal food safety requirements. The solution provides immediate resolution to problems; it eliminates the risk of human error during the food preparation process, it is easy to train new staff, and is also very easy to maintain. We believe that the Kelsius system puts Gala years ahead of competitors that still use paper-based systems."

Kelsius CEO, Les Curran, said, "We are delighted to have entered this important partnership with the Gala Group. The Kelsius system makes life much simpler and safer for those retailers who are concerned about protecting both their customers and their brand."

McLernon Computers, Ireland's leading pharmacy systems provider partner with Kelsius.

Photo Caption: Les Curran, CEO Kelsius, with Keith McLernon, McLernon Computers

Northern Irish firms McLernon Computers and Kelsius have embarked on a partnership to offer pharmacists north and south of the border an innovative way of monitoring their fridge temperatures.

Owing to their nature, particular medicines require that they be stored within the correct temperature range, and there is a huge financial as well as professional imperative to do so, as these are often the most expensive and volatile drugs in the pharmacy.

From a professional perspective, the pharmacist's Code of Ethics requires that a daily record must be taken of the maximum and minimum temperature of the pharmacy's refrigeration system, in order to ensure the safe delivery of medication to the patient.

Kelsius, a technology company which provides management information solutions using its unique wireless to internet solution, and McLernon Computers, Ireland's leading pharmacy systems provider, have come together to offer Irish pharmacists a simple, efficient and effective way to monitor and record their pharmacy fridge temperatures.

If the temperature, as measured by small wireless sensors, goes outside of a set range, then an alert is triggered and transmitted as a text message, email or via local visual and audible alarms. This information can be accessed on the pharmacy's MPS dispensing system.

The service will appeal to both the independent pharmacist and to a multiple. The independent, faced with a plethora of legislative and professional rules and regulations relating to the maintenance of records, will find that this will reduce their administrative workload and cut down on the time spent on paperwork. The multiple will welcome the opportunity to hold this information centrally and collate and print reports as required by their professional organisation.

Les Curran, Chief Executive of Kelsius, said, "We are delighted to have entered this important partnership with McLernons. The Kelsius system makes life much simpler and safer for pharmacists and their customers"

Keith McLernon, Managing Director of McLernon Computers, said, "I welcome the opportunity to work with Kelsius in this very exciting venture. The name of McLernons has been synonymous with pharmacy in Ireland for over 75 years, and we have a reputation of bringing innovative and valuable IT tools to assist community pharmacists as they care for their patients and run their business."

"No other pharmacy software provider understands the professional and commercial pressures faced by pharmacists as well as we do, and I believe that the Kelsius system will be another valuable tool with which McLernons equip their customers."

The system is to be piloted north and south of the border, in Peter Weedle's Townview Pharmacy in Mallow and Ian Gabbie's pharmacy in Killyleagh.

Any pharmacist wishing for further information on the system is asked to contact the McLernons Sales team on 0044 28 9081 1030 (NI) or 00353 1 45 01916.

Kelsius halve the cost of temperature mapping for the Healthcare and Pharma sector.

Belfast, 1st June 2009

Kelsius, a leading provider of web based monitoring and alarming solutions for the Food and Healthcare sectors, have launched a simple to use temperature mapping kit for use by Healthcare and Pharma professionals.

Traditionally, hospital pharmacists and laboratory managers have employed the services of third party consultants to perform mapping. This typically comes at a significant expense. More recently we have seen the emergence of data-loggers with their own dedicated PC software. These systems can be deployed in-house by healthcare professionals who wish to perform their own mapping. Although an improvement upon previous wired solutions the configuring of equipment and downloading/interpretation of data is often a time-consuming task particularly for a busy department with limited resources.

With the Kelsius system, users are empowered to carry out their own mapping activities, as and when required, in a cost-effective manner with little investment in their own time. Pre-configured wireless mapping sensors are placed in storage areas by users for a defined period of time. During the mapping period the sensors simultaneously record air and product temperature and automatically upload the data to the Kelsius website where customisable reports are immediately accessible from any internet-enabled PC.
An additional feature that users can benefit from is the ability to automatically capture door opening events during the mapping process which can be used to explain potential temperature spikes.

The Kelsius system cuts costs from day one, provides an easy to use customisable reporting system and ensures mapping reports can easily be shared with colleagues, clients and verification authorities.

The Kelsius temperature mapping kit is already in use in a number of NHS Trusts, initial feedback is extremely positive with users pleased with the systems flexibility and ease of use" said Phil Berry, MPharm, product specialist at Kelsius. "Our typical customer has halved their annual mapping costs as a result.

"Brian's strategic leadership, global experience and track record of successfully growing both technology and services companies make him the ideal person to take over as our new chairman," said Les Curran, chief executive officer of Kelsius. "Brian has already made significant contributions to Irish based companies, and the board and management team look forward to working with him as we continue to internationalise the Kelsius business."

Brian was founder and CEO of Meridio, the global Enterprise Document & Records product company, which grew to 175 staff with over $20m p.a. revenue over a five year period.

Prior to founding Meridio, Brian spent 15 years with ICL, most recently as Managing Director of ICL in Ireland. During this period he attracted ICL investment with the set-up of an Oracle Centre of Excellence in Dundalk, a Microsoft Centre of Excellence in Belfast and an e-Business pan-European trading community in Dublin. These activities enhanced ICL's workforce in Ireland to more than 1,000 staff. Complementing this role, Brian was a board member of Kainos Software Ltd., Synergy Centres Ltd and the Information Technology Centre in Dublin. In parallel to his Irish responsibilities, Brian led the ICL Group transformation programme aimed at listing the company on the LSE and NYSE in 2001.

"I'm delighted to be working with the Kelsius team and have been encouraged by the future potential of this business," said Baird.
Kelsius success continues with South Eastern HSC Trust

b>Belfast, 16th June 2009 - Innovative solutions provider Kelsius has been chosen by the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust to implement its market leading wireless temperature monitoring solution.

Kelsius, with headquarters in Belfast Northern Ireland, will implement its adaptable 'Wireless to Web' solution to monitor the pharmacy fridges and medicine fridges in clinical areas across the 3 acute hospital sites in the Trust. The system will also be installed in the vaccine fridges in 19 Primary Care locations in the North Down and Ards sector of the Trust. The Trust employs around 10,000 staff and serves a population of over 440,000. As one of the 5 Trusts created in 2007, the South Eastern HSC Trust is committed to delivering services that will make demonstrable improvements in the health and well being of the population. Kelsius believes that the implementation of its solution will be a significant contributor towards the achievement of the Trust's corporate goals.

The Kelsius system is paperless, automated, and uses wireless sensors to regularly check the temperature of the fridges where vital and valuable medicines, such as vaccines, erythropoietin and chemotherapy are stored under controlled temperature. Temperature deviations from set parameters will trigger alerts on site by audiovisual alarm, backed up by text messages and emails to key staff members. Authorised personnel can easily access the information at any time, from anywhere, via the Internet.

The Trust will be able to develop an archive of historical temperature data and corrective actions to form an audit trail. Kelsius will also provide portable temperature loggers, which can be used for monitoring temperature-sensitive products such as vaccines during transit to primary care locations, thereby providing full traceability along the distribution cold chain.

By selecting Kelsius, the South Eastern HSC Trust will be able to minimise product losses, ensure the cold chain is maintained, replace manual logging and paper based procedures, and facilitate staff to focus on patient care.
Les Curran, Chief Executive of Kelsius, said, "This is a fantastic and very important local win for Kelsius. We are delighted to be in partnership with a very patient focused organisation such as the South Eastern HSC Trust, which can be assured that the storage of all temperature sensitive medicines will now be monitored by our leading edge technology."

Head of Pharmacy and Medicines Management for the Trust, Jill Macintyre, commented, "Our Corporate Plan states that we should strive to provide high quality care and treatment which is safe and effective. I believe that by implementing the Kelsius solution, we are taking positive steps towards that goal."

The Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are deploying Kelsius throughout 13 departments in its new teaching hospital. The hospital is the regional centre for kidney and pancreas transplants, haematology and sickle cell disease. The Heart Centre is a major provider of cardiac services in the region, specialising in cardiothoracic surgery and cardiology. Kelsius will be deployed over a large geographical area incorporating 13 departments giving the trust complete visibility of all monitoring points with the vital information being accessed from anywhere in the trust via the Kelsius web Portal.

Les Curran, Chief Executive of Kelsius, said, "To win three consecutive European tenders is an endorsement of our market leadership position in wireless temperature monitoring and the Healthcare sector are quickly realizing the proven advantages of our cold chain portal in helping to protect the integrity of products."

Kelsius offers a number of advantages of major significance. No drilling of walls is required for cabling, and the vital information can be accessed from anywhere via the Internet. Additionally, the individual Trust's busy IT Departments do not need to maintain the system, nor will they have to purchase any additional PCs or Servers. This is a major advantage in todays economic climate. The quality of the technology, an extensive roadmap plus ease of deployment and usability were seen as highly advantageous by each of the three hospital Trusts.

Kelsius launch innovative Cold Chain Portal!

Belfast, 1st March 2010 , Cold Chain Portal Overview
Kelsius, market leader in the provision of wireless temperature monitoring solutions for the pharma, healthcare and food sectors, announce the launch of its innovative Cold Chain Portal.

Traditionally, environmental data and other information pertaining to the cold chain have been collated and archived independently using a variety of PC based software applications.

By utilising Kelsius' unique wireless sensor network and Software as a Service, key data from a broad spectrum of operational points can be automatically communicated to a central repository known as the Cold Chain Portal. Here the data is processed and presented in a standardised format using sophisticated on-line software.

The portal can be hosted by Kelsius as a managed service or operated as part of a corporate intranet.

In essence, the Cold Chain Portal enables clients to maintain a robust audit trail from diverse sources in a unified fashion and on a platform that can be easily accessed and securely shared with others.

The following are examples of data hosted by Kelsius on the Cold Chain Portal:

    Wireless Static Sensors

Kelsius offer real-time monitoring/alarming of parameters, such as temperature, humidity, pressure, O2, CO2, motion, and door opening events, within controlled storage and testing environments.

    Wireless Mapping Sensors

By using the Kelsius Mapping Kit, automated mapping reports of storage areas are produced on the Cold Chain Portal.

    Data Entry Clients

Wall-mountable operator stations and PDAs can be used to record key data associated with quality processes and automatically communicate this information to the portal.

     USB Dataloggers

By leveraging the cold chain portal Kelsius have the ability to monitor the temperature of products during transit ensuring they maintain their quality. As well as extracting data from Kelsius sensors we can also support third party USB dataloggers.

    Real-time Monitoring In-Transit

By utilising cellular networks, Kelsius can provide clients with real-time temperature monitoring of goods during transportation providing a live data feed on the Cold Chain Portal.

    Corporate Management Information Systems

Kelsius have the ability to interface with Corporate Management Information Systems allowing clients to collate relevant company documentation and procedures to a centralised location enabling suppliers and customers to securely share information.

Kelsius Product Specialist, Phil Berry, said "A large number of Kelsius clients are successfully utilising the Cold Chain Portal to reliably monitor the traceability of the cold chain. The feedback has been extremely positive with users enjoying the ability to wirelessly collate data in a central location that can be shared 24/7 with colleagues and clients helping improve compliance and productivity."

Arabian Dreams for Kelsius

Kelsius, market leader in the provision of wireless to web temperature monitoring solutions for the pharmaceutical, healthcare and food sectors, announce the successful deployment of its first healthcare system in the Middle East.

Working closely with its partner in the region, Al Aberah, Kelsius has successfully installed its wireless to web temperature monitoring system in the Madinat Zayed Hospital. The Madinat Zayed is one of the largest hospitals within the six hospital Al Gharbia Group, which is in turn managed by the renowned SEHA Group.

By utilising the Kelsius wireless sensor network and software as a service, temperature data from all fridges and freezers are monitored and the data is presented live on line and can be easily accessed from any web enabled PC. If temperatures deviate outside of set parameters then staff members are alerted via audio and visual alarms, text messages and e-mail.

Local partner, Al Alberah, chose Kelsius as its manufacturer of choice because of the strength of technology, ease of use, ease of installation and the strong Kelsius reputation within other markets. Al Aberah is confident the Kelsius technology can easily be rolled out across the rest of the hospitals within the Al Gharbia group over the coming months.
Kelsius Business Development Director, Paddy Hearty, said ''This is a strategic win for Kelsius. Our technology and service has been proven in the UK and Irish healthcare markets and with this win we now have an excellent reference customer in the Middle East. Al Aberah is a fantastic partner for Kelsius and will be offering 1st line support to our customer base in Abu Dhabi. We look forward to doing more business with Al Alberah this year''.

Mr. Ashfaq Ahmed from Al Aberah said ''We chose Kelsius for this hospital because of the quality of its technology and 'can do' attitude. We are delighted with this installation and are looking forward to cementing our working relationship with further wins in the healthcare sector this year''.

E-Stars Meeting in Falcarragh ends in success

The E-Stars consortium held their final meeting in Falcarragh, County Donegal last week from Tuesday 30th August to Thursday 1st of September.

The consortium is made up of 8 leading organisations from 5 European countries. Representatives from the Atomic Energy Commission, ST Microelectronics and Universite Paris XI of France will be joined by colleagues from BIOAGE and Fiat of Italy together with AMAT from Germany and the Netherland's Delft University of Technology. Kelsius were Ireland's sole representatives, and were also hosting the meeting.

While being the group's final meeting the occasion was made even more momentous by the presentation of its findings to the European Commission Officer and two independent Officers.

David Gray, C.O.O of Kelsius, and hosting member of the E-stars group said 'the commission officers were happy with the overall outcome of the research and the impact it may have in the future'.

The commission was particularly impressed with the way Kelsius had harnessed the purpose of the consortium to produce the next generation of wireless temperature monitoring tag as it is always looking for tangible evidence that their research funding is leading to the products of the future.

All members of the consortium and indeed Commission Officers enjoyed their stay in Donegal, and were particularly flattering about the local people and the landscape's natural beauty.

The commission is always looking for such tangible evidence that their research funding is leading to commercial products. In this case it certainly looks like this product will create much needed company growth.

Due to the success of the project and a result of the presentation, the European Commission will be releasing their final instalment of their research grant to all participants.

Kelsius to launch Foodcheck at Hotelympia

Food safety is a key management issue and FoodCheck offers real-time visibility of compliance and non-conformances across a chain of organisations; be they convenience stores, restaurants, hotels, fast-food outlets or catering companies. It is the only system of its kind in the market today.

Unlike paper-based systems, which require repetitive monitoring and are dependent on staff diligence, FoodCheck is web based and tasks such as temperature monitoring are completely automated. Because the system utilises systematic and preventative regimes it means that HACCP processes are fully followed. All data is stored electronically and alerts of non-conformances provide peace of mind, so that issues are flagged and can be actioned immediately. Ultimately this results in a more efficient and cost-effective process with significant cost and labour savings.

Paddy Hearty, sales director at Kelsius commented, "Kelsius has already been working with a number of leading food service providers, such as Spar and the Clarion Hotel Group, and there are a number of FoodCheck trials underway in France at a large supermarket chain. So far the response has been overwhelmingly positive".

"We will be launching the product at Hotelympia, where food service organisations will be able to see demonstrations and understand in more detail the manifold advantages of the FoodCheck system."

Patrick Baptist, director of food and beverage at Clarion Hotel Group; the largest Irish hotel chain, has been working with Kelsius since 2006 and said; "The Kelsius system has worked brilliantly for us in all our hotels. The individual food and beverage management teams are now working more closely with the chefs on HACCP processes."

The three core modules which are combined within the FoodCheck system are:

• Delivery – for checking safe food temperatures at goods inwards

• Cook and cool – for food temperature monitoring in storage and during food service

• Task management – for control management of staff hygiene-related tasks

Reporting is also made simple with FoodCheck as the system is completely paperless, with all data being stored in the Cloud. As such it is accessible at any time and any place, and is also scaleable which is essential for multiple operators. FoodCheck users are prepared for HACCP audits with information at their fingertips and the secure and tamper-proof system gives peace of mind to managers throughout the organisation.
